Questions parents ask

What age is The Whispering Library for?

Ages 9 to 99. It's written as middle grade adventure — short chapters, a fast opening, and no content that needs a parent's warning — but the voice is deliberately all-ages, so it reads aloud well and adults enjoy it too.

Is this part of a series?

Yes. It's book one of The Traveler's Journal, a planned fourteen-book series by David Lamar. Book two, The Clockwork Sea, is available now. Each book opens a different door and stands on its own, so there's no wrong place to start.

How long is the audiobook?

About 52 minutes across ten short chapters — roughly one car ride. Chapters run five to eight minutes each, so there's always a natural stopping point.

Can I listen for free?

The first chapters stream free in your browser with no app and no account. The full audiobook is $0.99 and stays in your Mindoozle library permanently once purchased.

Where can I buy the ebook or paperback?

Both are on Amazon — the Kindle ebook and the print paperback are linked directly from this page. The audiobook is available here on Mindoozle and on ElevenReader.
